Support

The Mike Del Vecchio Library & Archive is one of the most ambitious projects undertaken by Tri-State Railway Historical Society in its decades long history. The development of the archive, and access to it by the public, requires much support. How can you help?

Volunteer

Our volunteers are presently working to relocate Tri-State’s vast collections of photographs, documents, books, and artifacts, to the archive space in Boonton, NJ. This requires transporting over one hundred boxes, setting up shelving, and organizing and cataloging archive materials. This work is being entirely accomplished by volunteers. Want to help? Monetary Contributions

Tri-State is seeking monetary support to fully establish the archive, with all the materials and equipment necessary to make it a publicly accessible and professional environment for collections storage and research. We are currently looking to raise funds to purchase the following:

  • Archive quality boxes, folders, etc.

  • Desktop computer

  • Large display monitor

  • Shelving, file cabinets, etc.

  • Commercial slide and negative scanner

  • Copy printer

  • Hanging systems for sign displays

  • Security camera system

Kindly consider a donation. Your contribution will help make the Mike Del Vecchio Library & Archive accessible to the public, a professional research space, and preserve its contents for future generations.
